Refund Policy

A 30-day free trial means you shouldn't need a refund — but here's what happens if you do.

Last updated · August 2026
Free trial first

Every subscription starts with a 30-day free trial. You won't be charged until the trial ends, and we email you a few days before it converts so you have time to cancel if you don't want to continue. Cancel any time during the trial and you're never charged.

If you were charged in error

If you're charged and believe it was a mistake — you canceled before the trial ended, were charged twice, or the service didn't work as described — email [email protected] within 14 days of the charge. We'll review it promptly and refund you if the charge was in error.

Cancelling a paid subscription

You can cancel any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing but doesn't retroactively refund the current billing period — you keep access until the period you already paid for ends. We don't prorate partial months.

How refunds are processed

Paddle, our payment processor and merchant of record, handles all charges and refunds. Once we approve a refund, Paddle issues it back to your original payment method — it typically appears within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
